Reviews and Ratings
I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the hotel. The rooms were large and clean, making it very comfortable even for a family. However, I did notice that they still use the old practice of pre-authorizing additional amounts on my credit card, which felt outdated. The location, though, was very convenient, just above the station with access to various train lines, perfect for exploring the city. The dining options were excellent, offering a wide range of delicious dishes to suit everyone's preferences. Overall, a great experience with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel rooms were great, though very pricey at $391 per night. They had everything I could want, spacious with an unbeatable view of the whole city. Service was extremely attentive, professional, and polite, offering top-class amenities. The location was perfect, near all transportation with great views, although the cost to use the pool was a bit high. The dining experience was fantastic, offering a large range of foods to suit any preference, with fresh unlimited pancakes. Overall, the hotel provided a luxurious stay with excellent service but came at a higher price point.
The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms, perfect for families, albeit on the pricier side. The service is courteous and friendly, typical of Japan. The location is convenient, ideal for rail travelers with easy access to shopping and dining. Dining options are adequate but nothing extraordinary. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel is conveniently located above a department store, making it very convenient for accessing JR, subway, and shopping malls. The rooms are spacious enough for a family with 2 kids, but there are some outdated practices like copying credit cards on paper at check-in and check-out. The service lacks English proficiency, which can be frustrating for making reservations or inquiries, but the location's ease of access to public transportation and amenities compensates for some shortcomings.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious with good facilities and offered a decent view of the city from high floors. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. The location was superb, right above Nagoya Station with easy access to shops and restaurants. The dining experience was above average, offering delicious and plentiful options. Overall, a great value for money stay.
